If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. Returned items must be unused and in their original condition.

Ruda bags are made to be used, carried, and lived with.
To help preserve your piece for as long as possible, we recommend hand washing with cold water and allowing it to air dry naturally.
Machine washing is not recommended. If necessary, wash inside out on a delicate cycle with little or no spin.
Please note that slight fraying, loose threads, and signs of wear are part of the character of the product. Over time, the seams may naturally soften and unravel in certain areas. This is an intentional part of the design and reflects the way each piece evolves through use.
